Return & Refund Policy – Clarogem

At Clarogem, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The return request is made within 14–30 days of delivery

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

3. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • Full name used at checkout

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Clarogem is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments


5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item:

  • Please return the original item

  • Place a new order for the desired product


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos as evidence

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Allow additional processing time
